We picked up some All Blue potatoes at our Farmer's Market yesterday. I've got them boiling on the stove now. They are beautiful! I imagine that some of the color will boil out of the flesh as they cook. I can't wait to see how they taste with a bit of butter and salt!
My potatoes aren't ready yet. I am growing the All Red potatoes and the German Butterball. Can't wait for those!
I am also about to harvet my basil and go on a pesto making binge. I can freeze the extra pesto for use later. Yum!
