Thanksgiving menu

As we get close to Thanksgiving, very close in fact, I am wondering what food you'll be serving from your garden.

I'd love to hear the ways your garden continues to feed you and your family during the winter months, so lets start with Thanksgiving dinner.

I will have fresh lettuces and some ripe tomatoes, I also have enough eggplant and squash to make a ratatouille.

I have eggplant and herbs like parsley, fennel, sage, lettuce, broccoli, kale, some celery. The weather has been trending toward mild.

we'll be having salad from the garen, fresh carrots and probably kale to go with our holiday dinner.
