One of the cool things about Oklahoma is the Oklahoma Food Co-op (http://www.oklahomafood.coop). It's an all-volunteer food cooperative for Oklahoma-grown products. You can get everything from local eggs and butter to more unusual things like buffalo and eggplant. It's a great way to support the local farmers as well as get some great food!
