Since Oklahoma is, basically, farm country, we've got some fairly decent farmer's markets. (By Oklahoma standards, anyway. I'm sure ours are NOTHING compared to Boston or New York City.)

I lived in Tulsa for 6 years and my Saturday ritual was to head to cherry street at 7:00, get coffee and then taste & shop. there was a coffee shop - I think cafe cubana - just yummy.
