Do you raise your goats for fiber or milk?

I will be raising them for milk and meat.. I would love to have cashmere goats and angora rabbits, but fiber animals apparently don't do well here in central Florida.. I used to be a dog groomer so fiber animals would be a great way to use my skills and make a little extra money..
