I just got back from my trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and we had a blast! I wasn't sure what the "rules" were about taking knitting on board, so I didn't want to risk my "good" yarn, and "good" needles to being confinscated. The night before we left, I stopped at a Walmart and found this inexpensive yarn made from recycled plastic bottles! Comes in lots of lovely colors and is as soft as wool. I was so impressed. I also bought non-metalic bamboo (renewable resource!) needles for CHEAP! Happily, I was able to take my knitting on the plane and did mucho KIP (knitting in public) on our 5 day vacation.

I call the drunkard's path pattern I designed Margaritas y Mohitos and I'm sure it needs no explanation.
