Cucumber Cooler

This is something I am definitely going to try out this summer!

JUICE
1 tomato. Pour juice into ice cube tray, and freeze.

JUICE
1 cucumber and 2 stalks celery.


Pour juice into tall glass, add tomato cubes, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.

very! it gets insanely hot here in the summer. I mean, melt-your-brain HOT. Nothing quite works as well as cucumber/honeydew to refresh. YUM-O!
