Trees planted

Well, its the end of April and our tree planting for the city of Grand Rapids is done. We've planted just over 1200 trees all around town(John Denver would be so proud). The city usually plants at least 1000 trees every spring. This helps make up for some of the old dead trees and Ash borer trees that we remove throughout the year. I am currently back to grinding the remaining stumps all over town and having a blast.:D

That is wonderful! I am going to be planting a bunch of trees here shortly. We are doing apple and cherry trees espalier style. So excited! Grand Rapids huh? My Mom lives in Kalamazoo.
